Abstract: Ethylene is a gaseous hormone that plays multiple roles in plant growth, development and stress.In the article, the research advancement on ethylene receptors in tobacco was summarized.Ethylene receptor NtETR1, NtERS1, NTHK1 and NTHK2 gene had been cloned from tobacco in recent years.Characterization and molecular cloning cDNA for ethylene receptors were investigated in tobacco, especially NTHK1 and NTHK2.But the studies on the target which ethylene receptors act in the cell were absent.

摘要： 对近几年有关烟草乙烯受体基因研究的最新进展作简要介绍,并就今后该领域的研究方向进行探讨。已知烟草乙烯受体家族至少包括NtETR1、NtERS1、NTHK1和NTHK2等4种基因,其中NTHK1和NTHK2同源且有相似结构,两者的激酶活性与细菌双组分调节系统非常相似,激酶活性需要一些二价阳离子的参与。烟草乙烯受体在细胞内的作用位点还缺少研究。
