Abstract: The effects of cutting back on growth of tree-crown, shoot, bearing and yield in degenerative loquat tree were studied. Pruning was done in young fruit stage, gave a good effectiveness in tree regeneration and increased the individual fruit weight in 'Jiefangzhong' loquat. The centre of gravity of tree lowered and it was easier for field management.

摘要： 采用三年逐步回缩更新法,探讨回缩后枇杷树冠、枝梢、果实的生长发育,以及产量和经济效应。结果表明,枇杷老树在幼果期进行回缩修剪效果较好,可以控制树体衰退、更新树冠,使结果中心下移,提高单果重,且方便田间管理,大量节省劳力,减少投资,增加效益。
