Abstract: The chemical compositions in three kinds of ylang ylang essential oil were analysed by GC and GC/MS. 39 compounds were identified from the oil of dwarf ylang ylang grown by grafting, which represented 90.68% of total oil, 29 compounds from the oil of high ylang ylang (seedling plant) and 30 compounds from imported ylang ylang oil,representing 74.62% and 73.58% of total oil, respectively. Although the three kinds of oil vary greatly in chemical compositions and their content, there is no significant difference in odor characteristics as a whole. They are all available for compounding materials.

摘要： 采用色谱-质谱-计算机(GC/MS)联用分析仪对矮依兰油、高依兰油和进口依兰油的主要化学成份进行了鉴定,尽管它们的成份及其含量有较大差异,但其整体香气特征无明显的差异,均可用作调香原料。
