Through the investigation on the existing scenery of Huai’an mountain in Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, the conception of scenic & recreational management of forest landscape was introduced, and the functional characteristics of forest, on the basic of these aspects including aesthetics, health, culture education, safety and so on, to satisfy people’s requirements of scenic & recreational were analyzed. In addition, the scenic & recreational reconstruction principles of Huai’an mountain forest were proposed, and the specific reconstruction technique and measures were described from planting techniques, disposition mode, partition tree species selection and other aspects.
