One genus and one species are newly recorded from Anhui Province. They are Hygroryza aristata (Retz.) Nees ex Weight et Am and Linum stelleroides Planch. The voucher specimens are deposited in the Herbarium of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine (ACM).
