The meiosis processes of pollen mother cells (PMCs) of five hybrids in Magnoliaceae were observed. The results were shown as follow: the meiosis process was quite normal; some bivalences separated early and formed univalent in MI; there were heteromorphic bivalent in PMCs, which revealed that certain differentiation existed among these parents, but only on the level of genes. The meiosis process is regular and can produce normal spores. On the other word, some nature hybrids can reproduce by themselves in wild, and will form a new species with certain population.
