A new recorded species Cnesmone tonkinensis (Gagnep.) Croiz. in Guangdong Province was reported, which belongs to Euphorbiaceae. The new record species located in Qiushuiling, Paiya mountain, Longgang district爋f Shenzhen.營n this paper, the morphological characteristics爋f C. tonkinensis were described, and the habit and associate species in community were investigated. The Paiya mountain is the east boundary of its distribution.
