Abstract

The effects of different substrates and growth regulators on photosynthesis and water use efficiency (WUE) of Artocarpus lingnanensis were studied in this paper. The results showed that net photosynthetic rate (Pn), transpiration rate (Tr), WUE of A.lingnanensis cultivated in improvement substrate (S2) with appropriate IBA and NAA were enhanced. The assimilation products of A. lingnanensis were remarkable enhanced in S2 compared with in S1, and Pn, stomatal conductance (Gs), Tr, WUE and chlorophyll b (CHLb) were also significant raised;Pn, WUE, total chlorophyll (TCHL), chlorophyll a (CHLa), ChLb of treatment with appropriate IBA and NAA were significantly higher than that of CK and IBA treatment. The results indicated that S2 with appropriate IBA and NAA was the best treatment of to improve photosynthesis and assimilation of A. lingnanensis.
