Abstract

This experiment focused on testing the most suitable substrate for the tissue culture of Brassica alboglabra. The caulis segments and hypocotyl were separated from aseptic seedlings and used as explants. The results showed the best culture medium for hypocotyl was MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L, and for the caulis segments was MS+6-BA 5.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L.The most suitable substrate for multiplication of adventitious buds was MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L, and the substrate with 1/2 MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L had the best performance for rooting culture. The survival percentage of transplanting seedlings reached 96.6%.
