Abstract

Tea variety of Tie guanyin was used as research object, and three Tie Guanyin tea gardens with different soil agrochemical characters of Xianghua, Lutian, Jiufeng were chosen to compare the biochemical components of fresh leaves in different soil agrochemical characters.Among them, the biochemical components of fresh leaves in testing region of Lutian were much richer than in other testing regions. The organoleptic quality of Tie Guanyin raw tea planted in Jiufeng was bitter and astringent. The analysis on agrochemical characters of soil preliminary indicated that the quality of Tie Guanyin was influenced by soil agrochemical characters obviously.
