Abstract

Trace analysis of plant endogenous hormones is of great importance for illustrating the regulation mechanism of phytohormones in plants.In this article, techniques of mass spectrometry including sample pretreatment methods, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry and biological mass spectrometry are all reviewed.The development trend of mass spectrometry in plant hormones analysis is also discussed.
