Abstract

The rapid propagation used in stem segments of Dendrobium devonianum was studied in this paper. The results showed that the best suitable medium for Dendrobium devonianum induction was MS + 6-BA 2.0 mg/L + NAA 0.05 mg/L, and MS + 6-BA 3.0 mg/L + NAA 0.5 mg/L, MS + IBA 1.0 mg/L + NAA 0.5 mg/L were the mediums respectively for its bud proliferation and rooting.
