本试验探讨3个油茶品种(‘岑软2号’、‘岑软3号’、‘岑软11号’)种子经不同剂量(1 000、2 000、3 000 rad)60Co-γ辐照后,测量其一年半生幼苗的苗高及地径生长情况。结果表明:1 000 rad辐射剂量对‘岑软3号’的苗高生长起促进作用;1 000 rad 和2 000rad辐射剂量对‘岑软2号’的地径生长有促进作用,1 000、3 000 rad辐射剂量对‘岑软11号’的地径生长起抑制作用。
In this test, seeds of 3 clonal cultivars of Camellia oleifera were treated by 60Co-γray with a gradient of doses(1 000, 2 000, 3 000 rad). Through measuring on the height and diameter of one year and a half C. oleifera seedlings, the impact on the growth of C. oleifera seedlings was investigated. The result indicates that 1 000 rad radiation dose have played a role in promoting growth of C. oleifera ‘Cenruan 3’ height. For C. oleifera ‘Cenruan 2’ after 1 000 rad and 2 000 rad dose of radiation, the seedlings of diameter have shove a marked change. For C. oleifera ‘Cenruan 11’ after 1 000 rad, 3 000 rad dose of radiation, the seedlings of diameter have a marked change.
