摘要/Abstract

摘要： 研究了香荚兰组织培养中植物激素、椰乳、糖分以及光和温度对器官形成的影响。结果表明,1.5 mg/L BA或0.2 mg/L BA附加12.5%椰乳或1 mg/L NAA有利于芽的增殖和长高;诱导生根用0.5 mg/L IAA和3%蔗糖。适宜光照强度80001x、温度28℃,光照以18小时为好。

Abstract: The effects of plant hormones,coconut milk,sugar,illumination and temperature on organogenesis of Vanilla fragrans were studied while the stem explants were grown on MS medium,The results showed that 1.5 mg/L BA or 0.2 mg/L BA with coconut milk or 1 mg/L NAA was beneficial to bud proliferation and growth;0.5 mg/L IAA with 3% sugar was beneficial to induce root formation.It was better when the light was controlled with 8000 1x for 18 hours.
