Abstract: An investigation is made for the conditions and countermeasures which made the greening trees planning more adaptable to the construction of Xiamen as a landscape garden city from a higher starting point on the principle of sustainable development,and with regard to the local geographic environment and the greening trees species in Xiamen city,a reference is provided for screening the development pattern of the landscape garden construction which can meet the needs of the development of Xiamen city.
