摘要: 非洲马铃果Voacanga africana是非洲地区用于治疗疟疾、痢疾、儿童痉挛等多种疾病的特有的植物资源。随着近年来非洲马铃果研究的深入,发现其中含有大量生物碱、挥发油、黄酮、单宁、类固醇、萜、强心苷、皂苷、蒽类等化学成分。该植物具有细胞毒性、抗氧化、抗菌、神经保护、抗血管生成等多种药理活性。我国已对非洲马铃果进行引种驯化。文中综述了国内外关于非洲马铃果化学成分及其活性的最新研究进展,为其进一步研究和开发提出建议。

Abstract: Voacanga africana is unique plant resource used to treat malaria, dysentery, children’s spasm and other diseases in Africa. With the development of the research on V. africana in recent years, it was found that V. africana contained a large amount of alkaloids, volatile oil, flavonoids, tannins, steroids, terpenoids, psychoglycosides, saponins, anthracene and other chemical components. V. africana had cytotoxicity, anti-oxidation, anti-bacterial, nerve protection, anti-angiogenesis and other pharmacological activities. It was successfully introduced and domesticated to China. In this paper, the recent advances on chemical constituents and activities of V. africana were reviewed to provide information for further research and development.
