Abstract: This Paper deals with three species belonging to the genus Bacopa Aubl. of family Scrophulariaceae in Fujian Province. They are B. floribunda R. Br., B. monnieri (L.) Pennell and B. repens (Sw.) Wettst., the last one is a new record for China as a naturalized Plant, and Sinobacopa aquatica Hong is a new synonym for it. Hence, the genus Sinobacopa Hong must be incorporated into Bacopa Aubl. At the same time, the au-ther's name of B. monnieri is corrected.
