不同栽培条件对五指毛桃生长性状及特征成分影响

Effects of Different Cultivation Conditions on Growth Traits and Characteristic Components of Ficus hirta

摘要: 以五指毛桃Ficus hirta组培苗为试材,在木荷-枫香混交阔叶林下进行生态栽培,分析不同株行距、郁闭度、坡位、土壤类型和造林时间对五指毛桃树高、地径、冠幅等生长性状和特征成分的影响。结果表明,株行距60 cm × 60 cm有利于五指毛桃株高提升,但对冠幅(南北)无影响,地下部分单株鲜重190.6 g;郁闭度(0.3~0.7)有利于五指毛桃株高、地径、冠幅、叶宽、叶长生长,地下部分鲜重182.5 g,补骨脂素含量115.86 μg·g–1;上坡对株高生长最有利,对冠幅(南北)和地径无影响,地下部分鲜重116.3 g,补骨脂素含量279.25 μg·g–1;黄壤土对五指毛桃株高、地径、冠幅的生长最有利,地下部分鲜重164.4 g,补骨脂素含量190.49 μg·g–1;春季造林对五指毛桃株高、地径、冠幅差异显著,地下部分鲜重169.5 g。研究结果表明60 cm × 60 cm株行距、0.3~0.7郁闭度、上坡位、黄壤土及春季造林综合条件下,五指毛桃生长量及补骨脂素积累最优。

Abstract: Taking tissue culture seedlings of Ficus hirta as test materials, the ecological cultivation of F. hirta was carried out under the mixed broad-leaved forest of Schima superba and Liquidambar formosana, and the effects of different plant spacing, different canopy closures, different slope positions, different soil types and different afforestation time on the growth characteristics and characteristic components of F. hirta were analyzed. The results showed that the plant spacing of 60 cm × 60 cm had significant difference in plant height, but there was no significant difference in crown width (east and west), and the fresh weight of underground part was 190.6 g. The canopy closures of 0.3–0.7 had significant differences on the plant height, ground diameter, crown width, leaf width and leaf length of F. hirta, and the fresh weight of underground part was 182.5 g, the content of psoralen was 115.86 μg·g–1. There was a significant difference in plant height when going uphill, but no significant difference in crown width (north and south) and ground diameter, with the fresh weight of underground part 116.3 g, and the content of psoralen 279.25 μg·g–1. The plant height, ground diameter and crown width in yellow sandy loam were significantly better, the fresh weight of underground part was 164.4 g, and the content of psoralen was 190.49 μg·g–1. The plant height, ground diameter and crown width were significantly better from afforestation in spring while the fresh weight of underground part was 169.5 g. It is showed that the cultivation conditions of plant spacing of 60 cm × 60 cm, canopy density (0.3–0.7), uphill, and spring afforestation should be selected, under this cultivation condition, F. hirta grow robustly and had high yield and excellent quality.
