摘要/Abstract

摘要： 用95%醋酸钠饱和乙醇溶液抽提辣椒树脂油中的辣椒素,经高效液相色谱(HPLC)分离,在紫外波长280 nm处测定。用此法分析测得福建特产"小米椒"的辣椒素含量为10.38%。

Abstract: Capsaicin was extraeted from capsicum oleoresins with 95% ethanol (E-tOH) saturated with sodium acetate (NaOAC),and then separated by HPLC and deter-mined at UV 280 nm.This method offers a new approach simplifying the treatment of samples and saving time as well as lowering operating costs.The capsaicin eontent of CaPsieum frutenscens in Fujian determined using this method was 10.38%.
