干旱对烟草旺长期光合作用的影响

Effects of drought stress on tobacco photosynthesis in vigorous growing period

摘要: 以盆栽的两个推广品种K326和红花大金元(Hongda)为材料,探讨干旱胁迫对烟草光合作用的影响。结果显示,干旱胁迫导致烟草净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率降低,胞间CO2浓度在轻度和中度胁迫时降低而在重度胁迫时升高;K326(较抗旱)的光合作用出现降低的时间较红花大金元(不抗旱)晚,变化的幅度也相对较小。实验表明,烟草光合作用对干旱胁迫非常敏感,而抗旱品种受到的伤害相对较轻。

Abstract: Effects of drought stress on photosynthesis of two pot-culture tobacco cultivars (K326 and Hongda) were studied. The results showed that net photosynthetic rate (Pn), stomatal conductance (Gs) and transpiration rate (Tr) decreased under drought stress; intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) decreased under slight drought stress and increased under severe drought stress (as the drought time was prolonged). The photosynthesis of K326 decreased slighter and later than that of Hongda. The experiment indicated that tobacco photosynthesis was sensitive to drought stress and the drought-resistant cv. K326 had less injury than non-drought-resistant cv. Hongda under drought stress.
