浇灌黄腐酸对肾蕨生长及吸收重金属的影响

Effects of Fulivc Acid on the Growth and Uptaking Heavy Metals of Nephrolepis cordifolia

摘要: 研究了黄腐酸浇灌对以污泥为肥料的盆栽肾蕨生长及吸收重金属的影响。结果表明,随着黄腐酸浇灌次数的增多,肾蕨叶长、叶宽、羽片对数以及每盆肾蕨的干重增加显著;同时肾蕨对各种重金属离子吸收总量也显著提高。因此,在利用污泥作为土壤肥料的同时,使用黄腐酸强化植物修复以移除其中的重金属,可减轻土壤污染。

Abstract: Treated with fulivc acid, the growth of Nephrolepis cordifolia which applied sewage sludge as fertilizer was studied. The results showed that the dry weight of plant, the length, width and pairs of leaves increased significantly with the increasing of irrigation times of fulivc acid. Meanwhile, the content of heavy metals in Nephrolepis cordifolia increased significantly. The irrigation method was proposed as an enhanced-phytoremediation technology applied in polluted sewage sludge with heavy metals.
