摘要: 对鸟巢蕨Asplenium nidus优良株系孢子离体培养的初代培养、继代培养和生根培养以及移栽等方面进行研究。结果表明,初代培养的最佳培养基是MS+0.1%活性炭,原叶体形成率达80%;在1/3MS+6-BA 1.8 mg·L-1+NAA 0.5 mg·L-1增殖培养基中培养,增殖倍数高达5.1;继代芽苗在1/2MS+NAA 0.5 mg·L-1+IBA 0.5 mg·L-1生根培养基中,生根率高达95%;移栽的最佳基质为红心土+腐殖土(1∶1),移栽成活率达90%。

Abstract: Primary culture, subculture, rooting culture and transplantation of Asplenium nidus spores were carried out in this study. Results showed that the best primary culture medium was MS+0.1% activated carbon, the formation rate of prothallus was 80%; In the multiplication medium with 1/3MS +6-BA 1.8 mg·L-1+NAA 0.5 mg·L-1, the proliferation times was up to 5.1; in rooting medium with 1/2MS+NAA 0.5 mg·L-1+IBA 0.5 mg·L-1, the rooting rate of subculture shoot was highest; the best transplanting substrate was the red soil+humus (1∶1), transplanting survival rate was 90%.
