台湾金线莲增殖培养正交试验设计

摘要: 以台湾金线莲试管苗茎段为外植体,应用L9(34)正交试验设计优选不定芽增殖培养基,结果表明,基本培养基、6-BA、NAA、蔗糖对不定芽增殖培养均有极显著影响,其作用表现为:蔗糖>基本培养基>6-BA>NAA,最适宜的增殖培养基为1/2MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.6 mg/L+蔗糖10 g/L。

Abstract: The optimization of culture medium for adventitious buds proliferation of Anoectochilus formosanus were studied by orthogonal design L9(34), using the stems of test-tube seedling as explants. The results showed that the basic medium, 6-BA, NAA, sucrose had very significant effect on adventitious bud proliferation culture. The effect for proliferation culture was in the order of sucrose>the basic medium>6-BA>NAA, the optimizing medium for proliferation culture was 1/2MS + 6-BA 3.0 mg/L + NAA 0.6 mg/L + sucrose 10 g/L.
