福建石荠苧属植物花粉和果皮微形态特征

摘要: 运用立体显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对产于福建省的石荠苧属3种药用植物的花粉和果皮的微形态特征进行系统观察。观察结果表明,3种植物花粉微形态特征比较相似;果皮微形态存在较明显的种间差异,且性状较稳定。石荠苧属果实表皮微形态特征是该属分类与系统研究中不可忽视的性状。

Abstract: The pollen and fruit surface of 3 species of Mosla plants grown in Fujian Province were observed with stereoscopic microscope and scanning electron microscope. The result showed that the pollen morphology of these species have some similarities while there exists significant interspecific differences in microstructures of fruit surfaces. The microstructure of the fruit surface is an important character in the study of taxonomy of Mosla plants.
