闽粤栲不同优树子代苗期生长特征比较

Comparison of Progeny Seedlings Growth Characteristics of Castanopsis fissa Elite Trees

摘要: 以50株闽粤栲Castanopsis fissa优树种子为材料,测定和分析闽粤栲不同优树子代的苗期生长指标。结果表明,闽粤栲优树子代苗的苗高、地径和生物量变化幅度分别为17.93~74.87 cm、2.93~5.40 mm和4.56~16.45 g,变异系数分别为38.23%、12.35%和38.30%。苗高与生物量呈极显著正相关,相关系数为0.86。通过对50个闽粤栲优树子代苗期的各生长指标综合评价,选出W3、FJ17、FJ5、FJ43、W21、FJ46、FJ8、FJ15、FJ12、FJ11等10个子代苗期生长表现优良的闽粤栲家系。

Abstract: Seeds of 50 plants of Castanopsis fissa elite trees were collected as material for seedling testing. The results showed the extents of change of seedling height, ground diameter and biomass of C. fissa progeny seedling were 17.93—74.87 cm, 2.93—5.40 mm, 4.56—16.45 g and the coefficients of variation were 38.23%, 12.35%, 38.30%, respectively. The seedling height was positively correlated with biomass, and the correlation coefficient was 0.86. Comprehensive evaluation of growth indexes of C. fissa progeny seedlings was conducted. W3, FJ17, FJ5, FJ43, W21, FJ46, FJ8, FJ15, FJ12, FJ11 were selected as the superior families.
