草珊瑚扦插技术研究

Cutting Propagation Technology of Sarcandra glabra

摘要: 采用4因素3水平L9(34)正交试验法,以生根率、生根数和平均根长为生根效果的评价指标,研究扦插基质、萘乙酸、吲哚丁酸、插穗部位对草珊瑚Sarcandra glabra扦插生根效果的影响。结果表明,插穗部位对草珊瑚扦插生根效果影响最大,其次是扦插基质,吲哚丁酸对扦插生根有抑制作用,萘乙酸则没有显著影响。草珊瑚扦插繁殖时用顶部插穗,扦插基质采用含沙黄土生根效果最好,生根率达98.12%,生根数每棵12.11条,平均根长8.31 cm。

Abstract: Using rooting rate, root number, root length as valuation indexes, the effects of substrates, cutting positions and growth regulators on cutting propagation of Sarcandra glabra were investigated by orthogonal experimental design. The results showed that cutting position type was the key factor affecting cutting rooting, and substrate type was taking second place. However, IBA had inhibiting effect on cutting rooting, NAA had no effect on rooting of cutting. The optimum treatment for rooting of Sarcandra glabra cuttings were using top cutting and taking loess as substrate with rooting rate 98.12%, rooting number 12.11 per plant and average root length 8.31 cm.
