台湾香檬果皮川陈皮素分离制备及其抗肿瘤活性研究

Isolation of Nobiletin from Citrus depressa Peel and Its Anti-tumor Activity

摘要: 以台湾香檬(Citrus depressa)果皮为原料,采用超声波提取川陈皮素并用高效液相分离鉴定,探讨台湾香檬果皮川陈皮素的抗肿瘤活性。采用MTT法检测川陈皮素对肺癌、肝癌、卵巢癌细胞株增殖的影响,通过流式细胞仪采用双染法检测川陈皮素对肝癌细胞凋亡的作用。结果表明,台湾香檬果皮川陈皮素对肿瘤细胞有一定的广谱抑制作用,并能有效促进肝癌细胞凋亡。

Abstract: Using Citrus depressa peel as the raw meterial, we extracted nobiletin by ultrasound and identified it with high performance liquid chromatography, then explored the anti-tumor activity of nobiletin. The effect of nobiletin on the proliferation was studied through MTT assay in lung carcinomas, hepatocellular carcinoma and cervical carcinomas cells. Flow cytometry was used to detect the apoptosis of hepatocellular carcinoma cells by double staining. The results showed that nobiletin could inhibit the growth of cancer cells in a broad spectrum and promote the apoptosis of hepatocellular carcinoma cells.
