摘要: 通过单因素试验分别研究温度和IPTG 浓度对重组大肠杆菌BL21(DE3)/pProEXHTa-PIUGT2 诱导表达野葛糖基转移酶PlUGT2 蛋白量的影响。利用150 ml LB 液体培养基培养重组大肠杆菌BL21(DE3),并优化发酵条件。结果表明,在温度20 ℃和IPTG 浓度为0.75 mmol/L 条件下,PIUGT2 蛋白表达量最高。

Abstract: Based on the single factor of experiment, the effects of temperature and IPTG concentration on BL21(DE3)/pProEXHTa-PIUGT2 protein production were studied. Fermentation conditions of BL21(DE3)/pProEXHTa-PIUGT2 cultured in 150 ml LB medium were optimized. The expression conditions of PlUGT2 protein was high when culture condition to be 0.75% of IPTG concentration and 20℃.
