金线莲组培苗不同栽培期生长量和干物质含量比较

摘要: 对金线莲Anoectochilus roxburghii组培苗不同栽培期的鲜重、干重与折干率进行比较。结果表明,随着栽培天数的增加,生长量及干物质含量都在不断上升,鲜重增长呈现慢—快—慢的上升趋势,90~150 d栽培期内植株鲜重迅速增加;0~150 d栽培期内植株干重呈不断上升的趋势;30~120 d栽培期内折干率增长明显。根据生长量及干物质含量增长的规律,推荐最佳的金线莲组培苗栽培采收期在120~150 d范围内。

Abstract: Comparison of fresh weight(FW), dry weight(DW) and DW/FW of plantlets in vitro of Anoectochilus roxburghii under different cultivating periods were carried out. The results showed that growth and dry matter content were on the rise with the increase of cultivation-days. The increased trend of fresh weight was showing as slow-fast-slow, and the fresh weight increased rapidly during the period of 90—150 cultivation-days. The dry weight showed a rising trend during the period of 0—150 cultivation-days. The DW/FW increased significantly during the period of 30—120 cultivation-days. According to the increased?rules of growth and?dry matter content, it was recommended that the best harvest period of plantlets in vitro of A. roxburghii was during 120—150 cultivation-days.
