摘要: 本文综述拟南芥生长素输入载体AUX1的近期研究结果,同时介绍直接测定同源配体亲和力的方法,以及植物输入载体与其激素最初的相互作用。

Abstract: Research on Auxin influx transporter AUX1 of Arabidopsis was summarized in this paper.A method which could directly determinate the appetency of homologous ligand was mainly introduced,and the initial interaction between plant transporter and its hormone was also described.
