Abstract: The chemical composition of Broussonetia papyrifera seeds has been studied. The results showed that the fatty oil in the seeds reached 40.18%. The main components of fatty acid are linolic acid (85.42%)、oleic acid(4.29%)、linolenic acid(0.98%) etc, and 17 amino acid and 24 mineral elements in the seeds are also detected.

摘要： 对构树种子的脂肪油、氨基酸、矿质元素进行分析,结果表明:种子含脂肪油40.18%,主要成分为:亚油酸(85.42%)、油酸(4.29%)、棕榈酸(7.35%)、亚麻酸(0.98%)等。此外,还含有17种氨基酸和24种矿质元素。
