沉香属植物组织培养关键技术研究进展

摘要: 沉香属Aquilaria植物是重要的药用和香料树种,其形成的沉香在医药、香料及文化领域具有重要价值。长期过度采伐导致沉香属植物野生资源急剧减少,人工栽培和优质种苗繁育成为实现其可持续利用的关键。植物组织培养技术作为一种高效的无性繁殖手段,在沉香属植物快速繁殖和种质资源保存中展现出显著优势。本文在系统梳理国内外相关研究的基础上,围绕外植体选择与消毒、直接与间接器官发生途径、培养基与培养条件的影响,以及生根培养与移栽驯化等关键技术环节,综述沉香属植物组织培养研究进展,为其规模化繁殖、产业化应用及资源可持续管理提供参考。

Abstract: Aquilaria species are valuable medicinal and aromatic trees that have been increasingly threatened by overexploitation. Plant tissue culture provides an efficient approach for rapid clonal propagation and germplasm conservation. This review synthesizes current research on key tissue culture techniques in Aquilaria species, with emphasis on explant selection, disinfection, direct and indirect organogenesis, culture media and culture conditions, rooting, and acclimatization. These studies are reviewed to provide scientific guidance and technical support for large-scale propagation and sustainable utilization of Aquilaria species.
