羊奶果果实色素的初步鉴定

摘要: 通过理化性质和光谱分析,研究了羊奶果果实色素的稳定性,并初步鉴定出羊奶果果实色素为脂溶性的类胡萝卜素,以石油醚-丙酮-苯(2∶0.5∶2,V/V)为展开剂,纤维素硅胶G薄层层析得7条色素带,其中最大量的色素带经紫外-可见及红外光谱分析鉴定为γ-胡萝卜素。

Abstract: The fruit pigment of Elaeagnus conferta Roxb. was identified to be fat-soluble carotenoid by physicochemical property and spectrum analysis. The carotenoid was separated into seven pigment zones by TLC on fiber and silica gel with one eluant of petroleum ether/ acetone/ benzene (2:0.5:2, V/V). The maximum carotenoid was identified as γ-carotene by UV-visible and IR spectrum analysis.
