猫须草HPLC指纹图谱研究

Study on HPLC Fingerprint Analysis of Clerodendranthus spicatus

摘要: 为建立猫须草药材HPLC指纹图谱分析方法,采用高效液相色谱法,以Phenomenex Synergi 4u hydro-RP 250×4.60 mm为色谱柱,以甲醇-0.1%甲酸溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,检测波长254 nm,流速1.0 mL·min-1,柱温40 ℃。结果表明,建立的猫须草药材HPLC指纹图谱,确定了15个共有峰,各猫须草样品指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱的相似度均在0.9以上。该方法简单、准确、重复性好,为更好地控制猫须草药材质量提供有效可靠的方法。

Abstract: To establish a method of fingerprint analysis on Clerodendranthus spicatus by HPLC, the chromatographic fingerprint was obtained by Phenomenex Synergi 4u hydro-RP 250×4.60 mm with the gradient elution solvent system composed of methanol-0.1% formic acid. The detective wavelength was 254 nm; the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the column temperature was maintained at 40 ℃. The results showed that 15 co-possessing peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks of C. spicatus and good similarities with correlation coefficients higher than 0.9 were found in fingerprints between the different samples of C. spicatus and the standard fingerprint. The method with good reproducibility was simple and accurate, it could be used as a effective quality control method for C. spicatus.
