香花秋海棠挥发性成分的GC-MS分析

Volatile Components of Begonia handelii by GC-MS

摘要: 香花秋海棠(Begonia handelii)是开花有香味且具有药用价值的芳香草本植物。本研究采用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)与气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术测定其鲜花、冰花和鲜叶的挥发性物质。结果表明,从鲜花鉴定出63种化合物,主要挥发性物质为醇类、酮类和杂环类;冰花中鉴定出 65 种化合物,主要挥发性物质为醇类、萜烯类和醛类;鲜叶中鉴定出35种化合物,主要挥发性物质为醇类、杂环类和酮类。与其他香花秋海棠材料挥发性成分比较分析,发现不同产地、生长环境和材料处理方式对植物挥发性物质有重要影响,并推断香花秋海棠冰花与其变种铺地秋海棠(B. handelii var. prostrata)的香味更为接近。冷冻保存改变了香花秋海棠的花香成分及其含量。香花秋海棠鲜花、鲜叶挥发性成分中包含β-蒎烯、芳樟醇、橙花醛等物质具有抑菌效果,可在一定程度上对室内外环境起到净化作用。

Abstract: Begonia handelii is an aromatic herb with fragrant flowers and medicinal value. In this study, headspace solid phase microextraction (HS-SPME) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) were used to determine the volatile components of its fresh flowers, frozen flowers and fresh leaves. The results showed that 63 compounds were identified from fresh flowers, and the main volatile substances were alcohols, ketones and heterocycles. And 65 compounds were identified from frozen flowers, and the main volatile substances were alcohols, terpenes and aldehydes. There were 35 compounds identified from fresh leaves, and the main volatile substances were alcohols, heterocyclic compounds and ketones. Comparing and analyzing the volatile components of other Begonia, it was found that different habitats, growing environments and material treatment methods had important effects on the volatile components of plants, and it was inferred that the aroma of frozen flower was closer to that of its variety B. handelii var. prostrata. By comparing and analyzing the components of B. handelii, it was speculated that freezing would change the components and contents of flowers, and it was found that some volatile components in B. handelii had antibacterial effect, which could purify indoor and outdoor environment to a certain extent.
