摘要: RAPD技术具有快速、方便、灵敏度高、检测容易的优点,在果树种质资源及育种中应用潜力颇大。本文综述近年来RAPD技术在果树种质资源中的应用状况。

Abstract: RAPD(Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA), which is rapid, convenient, sensitive and easy to detect, has great potential of application in germplasm resources and breeding of fruit trees. Application of RAPD in germplasm resources of fruit trees in recent years is reviewed.
