腐婢根化学成分研究

摘要: 从马鞭草科腐婢属植物腐婢(Premna microphylla)的根中分离鉴定出7种化合物,其结构分别为β-谷甾醇(1).棕榈酸(2).反式-对甲氧基肉桂酸(3).丁香色酮(4).木犀草素(5).木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖甙(6)和胡麻素(7).这些成分均为首次从腐婢根中分离得到.

Abstract: Seven compounds were isolated from the roots of Premna microphylla. By combination of chemical methods and spectral analyses, structures of the compounds were identified asβ-sitosterol (1), palmitic acid (2), trans-p-methoxycinnamic acid (3), eugenin (4), luteolin (5), luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (6) and pedalitin (7). All of these compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
