摘要: 以不同材料(岩棉、粗砂、刨花)为基质栽培黄瓜,于不同的生长时期对黄瓜叶片、根系及果实进行分析。结果表明,岩棉栽培黄瓜具有较大的优越性:其叶片叶绿素含量较高,果实Vc、淀粉含量最高;生长中期和后期叶片抗逆性强,叶片中硝酸还原酶活性和根系活力保持较高;产量比其它两种基质栽培的高45%以上。

Abstract: Planting cucumber on three different substrates, i.e., rockwool, gravel and wood, some physiological determinations were examined. The results varied on different substrates and at different growing stages. Planting with rockwool gave the best result, and obtained the high yield and best quality. Rockwood, therefore, was a good substrate for soilless culture.
