芒萁多糖提取及抗菌活性初步研究

Extraction of Dicranopteris dichotoma Polysaccharides and Its Antibiotic Activities

摘要: 采用4种方法提取芒萁多糖,其中综合法提取率为5.2%;可溶性多糖经DEAE-纤维素52柱层析进一步纯化,得到1种中性多糖和1种酸性多糖,各占78%和22%。利用纸片法进行抑菌实验结果表明,芒萁多糖显示了不同程度抑制细菌和真菌的活性。

Abstract: Dicranopteris dichotoma polysaccharide was extracted by four methods,among those that the extracting rate of synthesis method was the highest,reaching 5.2%. The crude polysaccharide was purified by DEAE-52 and the neutral polysaccharide was eluted by distilled water and the polyanion polysaccharide was gradually eluted by 0.8mol/L NaCl. Their contents were 78% and 22%, respectively. The antibiotic activities of Dicranopteris dichotoma were tested with the agar disc diffusion method. The result showed that the polysaccharide had various amount of antibiotic activities against bacteria and fungi.
