化橘红生理落果与若干生理生化指标的关系

Relationship between Physiological Drop and Some Physiological and Biochemical Indexes of Citrus grandis ‘Tomentosa’

摘要: 通过测定正常果与脱落果若干生理生化指标的变化,探讨化橘红生理落果的机理。结果显示,N、P、K、Ca、Mg含量正常果一致地高于脱落果;脱落果总糖含量呈下降趋势,正常果则先升后降;果实中生长促进类内源激素(GA3、IAA、ZT)含量正常果显著高于脱落果,而ABA/(GA3+IAA+ZT)值则是脱落果显著地高于正常果;三类水解酶活性均为脱落果显著高于正常果。说明化橘红果实的脱落与果实内部的矿质元素、总糖、内源激素含量和水解酶活性密切相关。

Abstract: Physiological and biochemical indexes in normal fruits and fallen fruits were determined to reveal the physiological mechanism on Physiological drop of Citrus grandis ‘Tomentosa’. The results showed that contents of N, P, K, Ca and Mg in normal fruits were higher than those in fallen fruits; Contents of total sugar in fallen fruits were declined constantly and contents of total sugar in normal fruits raised and then declined; Contents of promoting endogeny hormone including GA3、IAA、ZT in normal fruit were markedly higher than those in fallen fruits, likewise, ABA/(GA3+IAA+ZT) of fallen fruits was significantly higher than that of normal fruit; The activities of three hydrolase in fallen fruits were significantly higher than those in normal fruits. Fruit drop of Citrus grandis ‘Tomentosa’ was correlated with the contents of mineral nutrition, total sugar and endogeny hormone and hydrolase activity in fruits.
