摘要: 在定量施用氮、钾肥条件下,采用单因素田间试验方法研究不同施磷水平对香蕉产量与品质影响。结果表明,在土壤速效磷含量适宜的香蕉园,株施尿素0.87 kg、氯化钾1.335 kg、有机肥2.0 kg、硫酸镁125.0 g、0.2%硼砂溶液喷1次,以施过磷酸钙1.165 kg/株,N∶P2O5∶K2O = 1∶0.35∶2,田间蕉株生长较快、假茎较粗,采收时功能叶片数较多、采收期较早且较短,产量较高;同时,果实外观和内质较好,果指较长较粗、淀粉和总糖含量、可食率略高、可滴定酸居中;经济效益最佳,净利润达2 637.6元/667m2,投入产出比为1∶1.83。

Abstract: The effect of different phosphorus level on output and quality of banana under the conditions of quantitative N & K2O application was studied, using the field test method with single factor analysis. The results showed that banana trees, which were planted in plantation with appropriate available phosphorus soil, fertilized by 0.87kg urea, 1.335kg KCl, 2.0kg organic fertilizer, 125.0g magnesium sulfate per plant, sprayed by 0.2% borax solution one time, especially fertilized by 1.165kg calcium superphosphate per plant and N∶P2O5∶K2O = 1.0∶0.35∶2.0, grew fine. There were 3 advantages of this prescription: firstly, banana trees grew faster with their pseudostem much thicker, and number of functional leaves at the harvest were more, harvest time was earlier and shorter, output was higher; simultaneously, the quality and appearance of fruit was much better, for banana became longer and thicker, starch and total sugar content was much higher, and the edibility rate was also a little higher, titratable acid was medium; in addition, the economic efficiency reached to the best, with the net profit attained to 2637.6 RMB /667m2 , and the input-output ratio 1∶1.83.
