温度及赤霉素对两性花猕猴桃‘龙山红’种子萌发的影响

摘要: ‘龙山红’是从四川省龙门山南段的野生彩色猕猴桃中筛选出的一个两性花株系,也是国内首次发现雌雄同体且充分发育的两性花彩色猕猴桃株系。本文首次报道温度(低温层积,变温)和赤霉素处理对两性花猕猴桃新株系‘龙山红’种子萌发的影响。通过低温层积、变温、GA3及其组合处理后的试验表明,低温层积、变温、GA3都能有效打破休眠,促进萌发,但物理温度处理法对种子萌发的效果更好。

Abstract: The hermaphrodite kiwifruit ‘Longshan red’ was screened from Actinidia deliciosa var. coloris at the southern section of Mount. Longmen in Sichuan province. It was the first time that the fully developed hermaphrodite colorful kiwifruit variety was found. This article reported the effect of temperature and GA3 on seed germination of hermaphrodite kiwifruit ‘Longshan red’ for the first time. After treated with low-temperature stratification, variable temperature, GA3 and their combinations, we found that all above treatments could break dormancy and promote germination effectively, and the temperature treatment was better.
