Abstract: Different flower organs (including calyx, petal, filament, style, anther and flower bud) of Heptacodium miconioides were cultured on MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+2,4-D 0.6mg/L medium for callus inducement. The result showed that there was a higher inducement percentage when taking flower bud, calyx and petal as explants, and the callus grew quickly.

摘要: 以七子花的不同花器官(花萼、花瓣、花丝、花柱、花药及幼蕾)在MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+2,4-D 0.6mg/L培养基上进行培养。结果表明,在上述6种器官中,以幼蕾、花萼、花瓣为外植体具有较高的诱导率,且增殖速度快。
