Determination of Ginsenoide Rbl in Gynostemma pentapyllum by Thin Layer Chromatographic Scanning

薄层扫描法测定绞股蓝中人参皂甙Rb1

Abstract: Ginsenoside Rb1 was determined in MethOH extraction of Gynostemma pentaphyllum by HPTLC-scanning.Standard ginsenoside Rb1 was applied as the refer-ence curve,the linear range was 0.025~0.50 mg/ml,the correlation coefficient was 0.9993.The content of ginsenoside Rb1 was about 0.20%,which was higher in leaves than in stems,Ginsenoside Rb1 prepared by TLC and standard ginsenoside Rb1 were ap-plied at the same silica G plate and were hydrolysed with hydrogen chloride vapor for 25 min at 60℃. The combined sugars of both saponins were glucose,corresponding to that of the reference.

摘要: 用高效薄层扫描法测定了绞股蓝中人参皂甙Rb1的含量,并进行分离、纯化,再用酸解法水解,测得其结合糖为葡萄糖。
