A Study on Cultivar Pre-identification Technology of Drought Resistance in Flue-cured Tobacco

烤烟品种抗旱性的早期鉴定技术研究

Abstract: The technology of tissue culture on five flue-cured tobacco varieties (Hong da, K326, NC82, G28, RG11) which were screened and evaluated for drought resistance using the average of subordinate function value based on morphological indexes and physiological indexes closely related to drought resistance were studied. The results showed that plant fresh weight, taproot length, total length of lateral root, root system vigor, chlorophyll content and protoplasmic membrane penetrable of a tobacco variety under normal conditions differed remarkably from those of the same variety under osmotic stress treatment, and fresh weight, total length of lateral root and permeability of plasma membrane were the sensitive indexes of drought resistance of flue-cured tobacco. In addition, the study indicated that drought resistance in different tobacco varieties was highly variable, and the descending order of drought resistance was NC82, RG11, Hong da, G28, K326. Meanwhile,this techniques could be used in screening and evaluation of varietal resistance of tobacco germplasm resources

摘要: 通过固体平板培养技术,研究烟苗在干旱胁迫条件下与抗旱性密切相关的指标,对5个烤烟品种进行了抗旱性鉴定,并用隶属函数法对烤烟品种的抗旱性进行综合评价。结果表明,同一烤烟品种在干旱胁迫与正常条件下相比,其鲜重、主根长、侧根总长、根系活力、叶绿素含量及质膜透性差异显著,鲜重、侧根总长及质膜透性可作为烤烟抗旱性的敏感指标;不同烤烟品种的抗旱性有明显差异,5个品种抗旱性大小表现为:NC82 > RG11 > 红花大金元 > G28 > K326。本技术可用于烤烟品种抗性筛选。
