Abstract: The hypotheses of biosynthesis pathway and regulation of legume galactomannan are reviewed in this paper. Based on these, the references for vitro-synthesis, regulation and the site of biosynthesis of legume galactpmannan are provided. The perspective of the development of galactomannan is also involved.

摘要: 综述了豆科植物半乳甘露聚糖生物合成途径及调控的各个假说,为该多糖的体外生物合成、合成调控、合成部位以及半乳甘露聚糖胶的加工、利用提供参考。同时,也展望半乳甘露聚糖研究的发展前景。
