龙眼体胚发生过程中抗坏血酸过氧化物酶活性的变化

Abstract: APX activity which may be closely related to somatic embryogenesis was detected at all developmental stages of synchronized embryogenic culture of longan.And at least, it was proved that there were chloroplastas APX and cytosolic APX in longan.The change of gene transcription level was not accordant to that of APX activity.

摘要: 在龙眼体胚发生的阶段性同步化材料中,均检测到与体胚发生可能有密切关系的抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性;龙眼体胚中至少存在有胞浆型APX和叶绿体型APX;APX的转录与其酶活性变化并不一致。
