细叶榕粗干扦插试验

Abstract: The survival rate of old shoot cutting of Ficus microcarpa is generally low and the rooting ability is getting lower with the rising of shoot age. Based on the cuttage experiment, some measures for improving the survival rate of F. microcarpa were recommended. They include proper longitudinal carving on the surface of shoot, disinfecting the cutting shoot and the soil, using the growth regulators for rooting, illumination and water management after cutting.

摘要: 细叶榕扦插随着枝龄增加,其生根能力不断降低,扦插成活率较低。为了提高其扦插成活率,通过对老龄长枝进行适当纵向刻伤、消毒杀菌及生长调节剂促根处理,结合插床土壤消毒、插后水分管理,使老龄长枝提早生根,根数增加,成活率明显提高。
