Study on Relationship among the Glucosinolate-containing Plants by Food Preference of Plutella xylostella

利用小菜蛾食性探讨含硫苷植物的亲缘关系

Abstract: The experiment of food preference of Plutella xylostella was conducted to study the blood relationship of glucosinolate-containing plants. Based on the data of food preference, the feeding index of Plutella xylostella was generated and the dendrogram in SPSS was constructed by using hierarchical cluster. The results showed that 18 species were clustered into 6 groups. It is basically consistent with the traditional morphological taxonomy (Taktajan and Cronquist system) and consistent with the results of nucleotide sequences from the plastid gene rbc L.

摘要: 小菜蛾(Plutella xylostella L.)属鳞翅目菜蛾科,为寡食性昆虫,可取食含硫代葡萄糖苷的植物。本研究通过对小菜蛾的非选择取食试验,从小菜蛾对各种植物的取食强度,计算取食指数,应用分层聚类方法在SPSS构建亲缘关系树状图,探讨供试植物间的亲缘关系。结果显示,除旱金莲科和番木瓜科外,与Taktajan植物系统和Cronquist系统基本吻合,系统聚类结果与DNA序列分支分析结果相吻合。
