三种植物生长调节剂对琯溪蜜柚果实粒化的影响

Abstract: An orthogonal design experiment was used to investigate the effects of a combination of 6-BA, GA3, 2,4-D at different concentrations on juice sac granulation of Guanxi pomelo fruit. The order of effects of three kinds of growth regulators on granulation was 6-BA, GA3, 2,4-D, and 300mg/L, 6-BA, 100mg/L GA3,10mg/L 2,4-D gave the best results in reducing the index of fruit granulation. A 2-year application of the selective combination indicated that the combination had a significant role in reducing fruit granulation.

摘要: 采用正交试验探讨6-BA、GA3、2,4-D不同浓度组合幼果期涂抹果柄对溪蜜抽果实粒化的影响。结果表明,三种生长调节剂对果实粒化指数影响的大小依次为:6-BA、GA3、2,4-D,三种生长调节剂不同浓度组合以6-BA300mg/L、GA3100mg/L、2,4-D10mg/L对减轻果实粒化指数效果最好。本研究还对筛选组合进行两年的应用,结果表明,该组合对减轻果实粒化程度有较显著的作用。
